Fines and fees will be
charged to patrons according to the Fee Schedule
adopted by the Guthrie City Council. Fines and other
outstanding charges will be brought to a patron’s
attention at the checkout desk. Patrons with a fine
of $5.00 or more may not borrow items or use the
public access computers. Patrons with fines or fees
older than 90 days will be Temporarily Barred from
library services until their account is paid in
full.
